during this period (outside of normal wear and tear) it will be repaired
immediately and without any costs.
Technical
Specifications : Cebeciuses top quality products which have been
certificated by the Turkish Standard Institute. The buildings are
constructed under the supervision of fastidious staff; completely produced
with prepared concrete, and for noise and heat insulation reinforced
concrete is used. Outside walls are bonded with 20 cm thick BIM blocks and
the inside walls are plastered. PVC and double glazed windows also protect
against noise nuisance.
