- Contracts between seller and buyer at Notary Public with the certified
translator.
- Application to the Land Registry Office (Tapu Office) to start procedures
for Military permission (this process may take a couple of months)
- Obtaining a “Title deed” (Tapu in Turkish). The new owner of a property
receives a Tapu which is the official document proving ownership of a
property.
- Registration of electricity connection/supply and water connection/supply
for the re-sale properties at the respective authorities.
- Transfer from Antalya Airport with our service bus. € 50 per reservation
and distance (inclusive driver, vehicle and petrol).
- Inspection Trips. An ideal way to buy a property in Turkey from
IDEAL | Real Estate Services is an inspection
trip. The inspection is an information and viewing trip when you will see
everything in your price range. Your airport transfers, accommodation in a
hotel and flight tickets will be arranged by IDEAL |
Real Estate Services if required. Please contact us for further

There are no specific dates for our inspection trips as they depend solely
on your time schedule and the availability of the flights departing from
European airports to International Airport of Antalya.
